(APOLOGIES FOR THE POOR QUALITY) |

...We at APBnow aknowledge this
particular problem with civilian oversight; it is not uncommon in Canada and the United States. It is absolutely
unacceptable of civilian oversight to act in this manner. For those who submit complaints against
the police, it is a humiliating, frustrating and exhaustive ordeal. Astonishingly, we then have to deal with an incompetent,
corrupt civilian oversight, who are on the very best of terms with the police. This is absolutely appalling! Shame on them.
What is needed is someone who is characteristic of "absolutely, unequivocally, honest to a fault," who's only job would
be that of scrutinizing the duties of the civilian oversight.
