The people who mean the most to us are our relatives and friends. Sometimes
we come across a stranger, and although we may never meet again, it leaves a lasting impression.
An old Irish saying, "No such thing as a stranger, just a friend you've never
met."
It is easy to think that if you did not personally know someone who
was a victim, there would be a feeling of indifferance; in that there is no emotional connection with which to relate
to. But what if the victim was a loved one of yours? You would certainly feel something, right? Everyone in this
world is potentionally a loved one. Every victim should be a concern to everyone.
