The following should be contained in every police force's mission statement,
of those whose officers carry and utilize Tasers.
Warning!
Police will use Taser gun on antagonist whether he/she
is unarmed, intoxicated, cocaine-induced, mentally unbalanced, or incapacitated in any state. If antagonist happens to expire
shortly after an attack, it will be considered a "Consequence of Engagement." Our sincere condolences.
