Police Batons The Police baton is
used to strike, jab and block an antagonist and to aid in the application of armlocks. It is used to
subdue an antagonist without causing undue injury, and only on non-critical areas such as the arms and legs.
The baton has varying degrees of force, speed and agility, depending entirely on the temperament of
the officer at hand. Regrettably, injuries do occur, as a direct result of the officer's attitudinal flaws.
